The company is led by Zack Wisniewski, a seasoned professional with a unique blend of expertise in finance, accounting, and operations, gained through his early career in the insurance industry. Zack’s lifelong passion for art and design stems from a childhood immersed in creativity, inspired by his artist grandmother in Chatham, Massachusetts. This passion evolved further as he developed his own design skills through home renovation projects in adulthood.

In 2024, Zack decided to merge his two greatest passions—business leadership and art and design—into a single venture, founding Aperture Design Group. Under his leadership, the company combines a disciplined, business-focused approach with a deep appreciation for artistic excellence and the power of design to transform spaces.
